Felicia Latson, LCSW-S
Founder | Therapist | Educator | Social Network Weaver | Advocate for Health Equity

Felicia Latson, LCSW-S, is a licensed clinical social worker, educator, and advocate dedicated to advancing healing and equity in marginalized communities. As the founder of BloomPoint Care & Consulting, she offers culturally responsive mental health care, equity-centered training, and community-rooted consulting designed to help people and organizations grow toward justice.
Her professional path spans healthcare, child welfare, refugee resettlement, and substance use recovery—fields where she has consistently centered dignity, voice, and collective liberation.

A Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, Felicia is inspired by the everyday leaders and organizers who create change with the resources they have. She brings that same spirit into her work—believing that equitable transformation is built through authentic relationships, not bureaucracy.
Felicia also serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at Baylor University’s Diana R. Garland School of Social Work, where she guides students in developing practice grounded in empathy, social justice, and community collaboration. A daughter of the African diaspora, a servant of the people, and a vessel for healing, Felicia embodies the grounded, people-powered leadership this moment calls for.
